I began this piece three years ago during lockdown, locked in my room at my student halls in my first year at University during a very dark period of my life. It is dedicated to Gill Wade - my wonderfully supportive and hilariously outspoken mental health tutor at RWCMD who very sadly passed away during my second year, just after lockdown had ended. Thank you Gill for everything.
